Additional Fees

Application Fee                                               $50.00

Applications for Makiki Christian Church Preschool are accepted on a first-come/first-served and space available basis. A non-refundable application fee of $50 is required to initiate the application process.

 

Annual Registration Fee                                $50.00

To reserve space for each year of enrollment into the school year and summer session.

Annual Comprehensive Fee                        $250.00

To reserve space for each year of enrollment into the school year and summer session. The comprehensive fee covers the costs of consumable supplies, activities/excursion fees, printing costs for portfolio production, and classroom supplies.

Deposit (2-Year-Old Program)                   $1,500.00

A one-time fee to be paid as acceptance and confirmation of student enrollment. Deposit is applied towards the final tuition payment upon the child's departure from MCCP with a 45-day written notice required for any withdrawals from preschool. The deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE.

Deposit (3-5-Year-Old Program)                   $587.50

Early Morning Drop-off                                 $75/mo.

For drop-offs between 7:00-7:30 a.m.

Late Afterschool Pickup                               $75/mo.

For pickup between 4:30-5:00 p.m.

 

Late Pick-up                                                     $10.00

For each 5 minutes of delay after 5:00 p.m. There is no grace period.

Late Payment Fee                                           $25.00

After the 10th of the month and for each month in arrears

 

Service Fee                                                      $50.00

For each check returned for insufficient funds. If a second check is returned, a $50.00 service fee will be assessed and all subsequent payments will be made by either a cashier's check or money order.

Preschool Hours

The Preschool operates a five-day a week program from 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Special drop-off hours from 7:00 a.m. may be arranged for a nominal fee.

 

Payment Policy

  • Tuition is due on the first school day of the month.

  • Mail or hand-deliver all payments to the Director or Administrative Assistant during school hours.

  • Retain all receipts for: tax purposes; state or other agencies that require documentation to receive any financial subsidies; or for child-care credits.

  • Checks payable to: Makiki Christian Church Preschool or MCCP. Cash is accepted but the exact amount is preferable.

  • All payments are non-refundable.

  • Withdrawals:  Written notice must be submitted 45 days prior to your child's withdrawal date to receive consideration for credit or refund.
